Despite being a famous, muli-millionaire actress, Cameron Diaz is going through some hard times at the moment. In fact, she was recently admitted for medical treatment due to overwhelming stress.
She has a valid reason for being stressed, and I’d frown on any piece of media poking fun of her. Cameron’s
father recently passed away, which happens to everyone eventually, but some people handle things better than others. I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to lose my mother or father. In fact, a big part of me hopes I die before anyone close to me – just because I’d rather be gone and not have to know.
Anyways, why is Ashton Kutcher an Idiot?
It’s nothing malicious that he did. I believe he’s sincerely concerned for Cameron, and hopes that she gets better soon – but he pulled a dumb move in my opinion.
A reporter asked Kutcher why Cameron was not attending the premier of “What Happens in Vegas…” in London, England – and I think he should have given less information.
“Sadly she will not be joining us for the premiere as she has just lost her father and is under medical attention with stress at the moment. But she will be better soon.”
I mean, I guess the paparazzi would have figured out eventually anyway, but I just think he should have avoided a detailed answer. “She’s very upset about her father’s recent death and will not be attending” would have been a much better answer. With all of the recent Britney Spears escapades, the media has really been tuning into “Medical Attention” involving celebrities. I’m hoping that Cameron doesn’t catch any negative press from this – and hopefully she’ll be better soon.
