Mariah Carey, who spent a few years in the Chub Club, is now back to looking beautiful – with a body that rivals her figure from her 20s. Anyone who saw Mariah perform on American Idol knows exactly what I’m talking about.
When she came out in her skimpy little outfit I was amazed. Although I had a huge crush on Mariah back when she was in her prime, I had started to lose all hope for her once she put on some solid weight. Her voice was still beautiful, but her body just wasn’t in sync.
My initial thought was – and I’m bad for thinking this – that she was on the cocaine diet. Not that I think Mariah is anything but classy, but I just have an inkling that many celebs stay skinny with a little white powder supplementation. I researched online and found no such evidence supporting the Vitamin “C” Diet and was relieved to find out she lost he weight. No, it wasn’t by blowing coke.
So how’d she lose the weight?
My girl (Mariah) lost the weight by exercising a lot (obviously) and she came up with her own little diet plan. She ate healthy, but boring foods – like all diets – and allowed herself to cheat. However, she could only cheat with a morsel of food. If she wanted to eat a brownie, she could only eat as much brownie as she could fit on her fork.
I’d fork her
Mariah lost a whopping 32 lbs. and she’s looking amazing. She’s got some age on me, but I’d definitely be up for taking her out to a nice sea food dinner – maybe even Red Lobster. A body like that deserves some mass produced lobster every once and a while.
Does Ryan recommend this diet?
I’m considering a test run of this diet to lose some winter weight. I tend to sit down with a box of chocolates and by the time I get up I feel like Forrest Gump – I think this diet could help.
